When Rajiv Dixit was alive,"His life was message to the mankind"; but when he left for heavenly abode,"Our life should be his message". He lived his life with "IDEALISM IN ACTION", which is nothing, but "TRUE LEADERSHIP". This is because there was harmonious unity between his body, mind and Atma--which is nothing but manifestation of the total personality. He lived what is called "Real freedom" which implies reverence for the Self (Atma) and experiencing the bliss of the Self. He adhered to Truth, Control of the senses, Equanimity (Santhi), Forbearance and Compassion as his five life-breaths which been found to have sanctified his life, because he was found to have maintained purity in his thought + word + deed ("Trikarana Suddhi"). He possessed three types of knowledge: First; self-knowledge (that is knowledge of his strengths and weaknesses), Two; knowledge relating to his field of work. Three; knowledge of the social environment. Further, he possessed what may be called "individual character" and "national character" to become an Ideal Leader. He had given-up selfish interests, eschewing totally ideas of "mine" & "thine" which proved his dedication to the welfare of all so as to uphold the reputation of his country-"Bharat". On all occasions he has been marching in front rather than issuing orders from the rear. He has been setting & has set the examples by his actions. In fact, the world needs today leaders who will be guides in action. Rajivbhai was found to be putting into practice what are well-known as human-values, viz. Sathya, Dharma, Santhi, Prem and Ahimsa (Truth, Righteousness, Peace, Love and Non-Violence) for experiencing joy therefrom and sharing that joy with others. In addition to these qualities Rajivbhai was selfless and imbued with the spirit of sacrifice (Tyaga). He had only the people's welfare at heart and sought to win their approbation by his service. He was prepared even to make the supreme sacrifice for the sake of the people by giving-up all ideas of possessiveness, striving only for the well-being of society,......holding himself forth as an ideal human being. In view of the above, just as a big & brilliant diamond found in a garbage heap does not lose its lustre or value; just because a good variety of pumpkin is grown in a thorny fence, there will be no change in its taste or cooking quality. Even though the peahen's egg is hatched under the warmth of the ordinary hen or fowl, the young peacock that emerges will not lose its beautiful plumage. So also, the splendour and effulgence of the selfless, stainless, eternal Atmic Principle--like Rajivbhai, will in no way be diminished although it is associated with the human body which is full of impurities. Hope, we all Bharatiyas (Indians) will follow the very foot-steps of late Rajive Bhaisahebji (Rajiv Dixit) instead of worrying about the things we are not supposed to--ourselves being true Bharatias.
