*डॉ. मोहन कृष्ण टेंग कश्मीर विश्वविद्यालय के राजनीति विज्ञान विभाग के पूर्व
अध्यक्ष हैं। वे दिसम्बर 1991 में विश्वविद्यालय से सेवानिवृत्त हुए। उन्होंने
जम्मू-कश्मीर समस्या का गहनतम अध्ययन किया है। उनकी कश्मीर मामले पर कई
पुस्तकें भी प्रकाशित हो चुकी हैं; जिनमें- कश्मीर अनुच्छेद-370, मिथ ऑफ
ऑटोनामी, कश्मीर स्पेशल स्टेटस, कश्मीर : कांस्टीट्यूशनल हिस्ट्री एंड
डाक्यूमेंट्स, नार्थिएस्ट फ्रंटियर ऑफ इंडिया, प्रमुख हैं। उनका मानना है कि
कश्मीर की वर्तमान समस्या के पीछे पंडित नेहरू और भारत का राजनैतिक प्रतिष्ठान
प्रत्यक्ष रूप से जिम्मेदार है।
पंडित नेहरू कश्मीर की वर्तमान स्थित के लिए कहां तक जिम्मेदार हैं?*
21 अक्टूबर 1947 को छद्म पाकिस्तानी सेना ने भारतीय सीमा में प्रवेश किया। 22
तारीख को सुबह पांच बजे पाकिस्तानी सेना पूरे मुजफ्फराबाद में फैल चुकी थी। इस
संदर्भ में भारत सरकार का कहना था कि इसकी सूचना उसे 26 तारीख को मिली। जबकि 22
तारीख को 10.30 बजे अंतरिम सरकार के प्रधानमंत्री पंडित नेहरू के टेबल पर
पाकिस्तानी सेना के दाखिले की सूचना लिखित रूप से पहुंच चुकी थी। इसके बावजूद
नेहरू की हिम्मत नहीं थी कि वे गवर्नर जनरल से बातचीत करते। इसकी चर्चा दूसरे
दिन लंच मीटिंग के दौरान हुई।
*तो आपका कहना है कि पाकिस्तानी आक्रमण के खिलाफ नेहरू ने फैसला लेने में पांच
दिन लगा दिए?*
हां, यदि उन्होंने सूचना मिलने के तुरंत बाद इसके खिलाफ कार्रवाई की होती; तो न
पाकिस्तान अधिकृत कश्मीर की समस्या उत्पन्न होती और न ही इस आक्रमण में इतने
लोग मारे गए होते। इन पांच दिनों में 38 हजार लोग मारे गए। इसमें हिंदू, सिख और
शामिल थे। आप कल्पना कर लीजिए, यह कोई छोटी बात नहीं है। यही नहीं
नेहरू ने दूसरी बड़ी गलती यह की कि एक ओर जब भारतीय सेना पाकिस्तानी
आक्रमणकारियों को खदेड़ रही थी तो बीच में ही जीती हुई लड़ाई को वे संयुक्त
राष्ट्र संघ में ले गए। उनमें लड़ने की हिम्मत नहीं थी, वह डरपोंक थे।

Before starting the biography of Guru Dutt, I am sad that Internet is ignoring this great freedom fighter's biography and just showing film director Guru Dutt's profile. So, today, I am starting to write the biography of Guru Dutt.
About Guru Dutt
Guru Dutt was the Guru of Amar Shaheed and Krantikari Bhagat Singh in DAV College. Last day, Bhagat Singh Lived in his house before throwing bomb in Assembly. He was the professor in Chemistry and he also gave the training to Bhagat Singh about " How to make Bomb for killing English Govt.?" So, Guru Dutt was the real motivator of Bhagat Singh
He was born in 8th Dec. 1894 in Lahor in Pakistan. He left his physical body in 8th April 1989. He got the M.SC. in chemistry. He was also good writer of patriotic books. He wrote first patriotic book named " Swadhinta ke path per" which was published in 1942. He also write "Desh ki Hatiya" on partition of India.
Now his grandson Parmesh is publishing his patriotic books. He is also patriotic nature. I met him personally. I took his video interview in Delhi and soon will be published for knowing more about krantikari Guru Dutt.

Our Patriotic Movement in Ghaziabad and Kanpur
In Ghaziabad
One of our Supporter Mr. Tomar started to take seminar of College students with his local team in which he is telling the message of Dr. Rajiv Dixit. Few days ago, We sent him CDs of Dr. Rajiv dixit. Same CDs are presented in the colleges of Gaziabad few days ago. He also discussed me that he and his team are facing problems from official authorities. Some officers are not alowing them to present Rajiv Dixit's Lectures for college students. We are also trying to make understand all these officers for allowing the lectures for welfare of nation.
In kanpur
One of our supporter in Kanpur is doing well work for make understand local public for avoiding leather shoes. He is trying to tell the lecture of Dr. Rajiv Dixit relating to "the importance of Cow". He is also engineer and researching similar alternatives of leathers for stopping cow killing. He told me that single in kanpur, there are more than 300 slaughter houses and if demand is more, then they kill the cows in hidden and illigal ways. So, it is very need to aware the public with the lectures of Dr. Rajiv Dixit. After this, we can save our holy cows.
