Rajiv Dixit Collected 40 Lakh Signature for PIL - Times of India News 2002
>> Wednesday, December 15, 2010
Today, I read 2002's old new through Google Newspaper's historic search news option and found an old content. This content was published in Times of India in Nov. 25, 2002, you can read this content at the site of times of india. This content shows that Rajiv Dixit was the first person in India who started the movement 12 years ago for getting all black money which has been deposited in Swiss Bank.
He claimed that the organisation had filed a public interest litigation (PIL) and in a landmark judgment on May 31, 2002, the SC quashed the circular of the finance ministry. With this 24 companies had to close down.
Sinha was then divested of his portfolio as his daughter-in-law was found to be directly involved in the Mauritian racket, he added. Rajiv and his outfit plan to storm the Parliament with one crore signatures by December - they already have procured 40 lakh.
If the Parliament does not pass legislation to declare the Indian money in Swiss banks as national property, they would file a PIL in the SC. Link

Hello Vinod Kumar,
It is a tremendous loss that Rajiv Dixit ji is no more with us.
But it is very important that all his work should be continued with the same dedication. I would like to know who is carrying out and continuing his work and activities, and how to contact them.
I want to know what all activities are currently in progress and how we can help in the same.
Vaishakh
