Rajiv Dixit says that the 15000 cr rupees that the govt has made available for the `save the ganga movement ‘ is not going to be enough. He says given the record till date of only 15% of the funds being made available by the govt for development activities actually being utilised15000 crore was nearly not enough for the task. He says pollution from the cities has to be stopped.
He also says cleaning the ganga alone will not help it retain its original identity.
